Introduction

The College of Management was established in 2001 and currently consists of five departments and two master programs: Department of Information Management Administration & Master, Department of Business Management & Master, Department of Industrial Management, Department of Digital Marketing & Cross-Border Commerce, and Department of Finance. As a result of rapid developments in global information and network technology, our industry has moved from a labor-intensive to a capital, technology, and knowledge-intensive structure. There is a growing need for managers and IT professionals as companies undergo digital transformations. Therefore, "Educating new generations with both theory and practice and preparing technical and managerial talent to enter the workforce after graduation" is the overall development focus of the college. Aside from the college's overall development plan, each department has unique modules dedicated to its particular development needs. Meanwhile, the College of Management integrates external resources for planning and offering courses, emphasizing professional certification, and offers career and cross-departmental integrated professional programs. As a result, graduates can enter the workforce upon graduation, meeting society's immediate needs and demonstrating technical vocational education's distinct characteristics.
