Introduction
The Fine Instrument Center integrates the university's resources to consolidate high-cost or highly shared equipment to achieve scientific research and enhance services to the neighboring academic and industrial communities.
At present, the experimental equipment integrated with the Center includes the followings: a penetrating electron microscope and pre-processing instruments, field emission electron microscope, low-vacuum desktop microscope, X-ray diffractometer, semiconductor parameter analyzer, Raman spectroscopy, infrared thermal imaging, atomic force microscope, nanoindentation tester, a-step, high-temperature cracking gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GCMS), and a-slit microscope. Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer (GC-MASS), etc.
