Introduction

Established in 2019, Cultural Creativity and Fashion Talent Cultivation and Industry-university R&D Center successively featured metal processing, leather processing, and textile-related equipment to form a complete processing and refining line, turning the cultural and creative product design capabilities already possessed by the Department of Cultural Creativity into efficient product production and for industry-university connection. To cultivate future fashion boutique design talents who lead the trend, create new value, and integrate fashion boutique marketing, the center promotes the design, development, and application of cultural and creative products. It cultivates students with five primary design abilities - visual composition ability, aesthetic cognition ability, creative thinking ability, artistic and creative cognition, and expression technique ability.

In recent years, the implementation results of the center are the establishment of a fashion media studio, with the fashion media studio as the central creation and development plan, and the jewelry and metalworking professional teachers leading students to exert their creativity and produce various cultural and creative products, and at the same time cooperate with the DLJ Jewelry Group to plan lectures and courses, and build a jewelry fashion branding and R&D center. The “Cross-field Integration Course” is set up to combine the designing-related courses of the Department of Cultural Creativity and high-end precision machining courses of the Department of Mechanical Engineering. Through cross-faculty cooperation, students can implement their practical application that combines humanities and technology with unlimited imagination into cultural and creative products. At the same time, students are encouraged to participate in domestic and foreign cultural and creative designing competitions with cross-domain integration of artistic and creative products produced by the course, to add learning highlights to themselves and prepare for career development.
