Introduction

The L.H.U. International I.T. Competence Accreditation Center was established on Nov. 17, 2003. It is the first international I.T. competence certification testing center, authorized by Thomson Prometric in the domestic technological and vocational higher education sector.

Twelve standardized testing seats are installed in the center, aiming at providing interested students and other people all sorts of certification tests given by Thomson Prometric. Our Site Code is TI 25.

The L.H.U. International I.T. Competence Accreditation Center facilitates the access to tests of the kind not only for majors in information technology at LHU, but also for those at other colleges and universities. Those who are working in the business and industry in the Greater Toayuan Area are also welcome.

To encourage and motivate students at L.H.U. to earn international certificates before graduation, the school authorities offer a series of such related courses as Software Program Design, Computer Network Planning and Management, and Database Development and Management. It is highly expected that students at L.H.U. will have more opportunities and be qualified for better jobs after they graduate.
